The New Bugesera International Airport will significantly increase passenger and cargo capacity in Rwanda. When it opens, it will replace the Kigali International Airport as the main international airport in the country. It will host a range of different aircraft including the expanding fleet of Rwandair.

Repeat Client, Repeat Success

Remote was selected as the main earthworks supplier by the Main Contractor. In total we performed over seven million cubic meters (m3) of cut and/or fill works over two separate two year periods interrupted by COVID-19. In October of 2019, we set a joint record in both company’s histories by completing one million cubic meters of earthwork in one month!
